Gozen is a hot-shot, hell-fire assassin with an off-kilter sense of humour, and a tendency to obsess about, stalk, and eventually molest anything that he can't have. His current sights are set on Phaedonas, which means that Dr. Phineas is often the subject of his wrath, beating, war, and 'rapey-time', finding the man perhaps the only candidate who has a chance of surviving his onslaughts. Although it would be much better to go after someone that he venerates a little better, such as Phineas, he's a bit too stubborn to actually consider his romantic prospects in any other light aside from purely childish.

Gozen is an ecsatic character who loves to see the joke in everything... Especially when there is nothing really to laugh about. He enjoys laughing and making his own fun, and his ideal afternoon would consist of coffee, his sniper rifle and the entire day in his hands. (Especially if a certain albino just so happened to be in his scope..)
He is extremely obsessive. When he obsesses, he takes it to all time highs. His current obsession would be Phaedonas. (And the fact he has a whole shrine dedicated to him does not help his case at all.) This is also the main reason why he hates Phineas.
